I love Velvet Blush. I thought, as I believe Lisa did, that I was fine with just using it sparingly on days I wanted a lighter lip, coating it with lip balm, and that was that. I bought Blush Lightly as much out of loyalty as anything but I really like it! It’s nice to be able to layer it on and still have a nice wearable medium pink nude type color. I don’t know how Lisa manages to make so many lipsticks that seem to be a continuation of my inner lip color-but she does! I would wear this on a weekend or work day with confidence in a nicely made up but not statement making type of way. Which is most days, really.

Another color I'm sad is leaving us! A pink is hard for me to combine with my wardrobe, but this one works with whatever you wear! Same amazing formula as the rest of the line.

I am so sad this is discontinued!!! You don't see red-orange shades as much, and this one is absolutely gorgeous and bright. I hope another shade like this is introduced. Great pigment and longevity.
