How To Use
Lisa's Application Tips
Apply Liquid Silk directly to CLEAN, dry eyelids as applying the product on top of rich moisturisers and eye creams will compromise the setting, smoothing, and staying power of the formula.
Liquid Silks are very pigmented, so Lisa recommends starting with two swipes or dots, applied with the applicator and blended out immediately - with either your fingers or a brush - for an even wash of colour. Once you get used to the formula you can adjust the amount you use depending on your desired level of depth and intensity.
For easy removal, Lisa recommends taking your liquid silk off with a good oil-based remover.

Lapacho Bark – Unique oil-based, eco-friendly ingredient derived from Lapacho bark, known as the ‘Tree of Life’, through sustainable extraction. Promotes improved skin firmness, and has an immediately noticeable smoothing effect.
Self-Setting Chrono Tech - A special time-release mix of texturizing film formers. creates a transforming texture that melts on to the lid before self-setting.
Spherical Powder - Delivers silky texture with a beautifully blurred matte finish.
Shea Butter - Moisturizing and conditioning for the skin for added comfort and an extra flattering result.

perfect color, easy to work with, lasts well. I have hooded, watery eyes and sometimes they water up into the crease instead of down. This stayed on well and only darkened a little bit where wet, didn't gather weird or move around. I think my favorite thing about this compared to other liquid shadows is how comfortable it is. I don't usually review things, but I thought it was worth saying that the liquid silk does not feel like tight paint or heavy. Very nice, looking forward to more colors in this formula. *please do lime green and contour gray* :)

It's difficult to find a neutral cool-toned shadow to suit my skin. This shade is ideal. I apply this in a thin layer with fingertips and blend to achieve a flattering, sheer wash of colour. The formula is excellent. It doesn't set too quickly, and is very thin. If you have some creepiness starting to appear, this provides a subtle blurring effect.

I already knew the color was going to be a banger, because I have very very pale neutral to olive skin and this kind of cool mauve translates into a pretty neutral color on me (no orange tone, thankfully!). But the texture is truly where this is at. I've been on the hunt for a nice liquid or cream eyeshadow that is not glittery or shiny, just as a pretty daily shade that I can swipe and let it be, and it's been pretty difficult to find something because most liquid eyeshadows just go patchy on my dry eyelids. From Ilia to Armani (pretty as the satin shades are, I hope Lisa also adds some satin shades here), I could never make any of those formulas work. The Liquid Silk however, is exactly what the name evokes. It goes on like a dream, draping like a layer of silk over the lid without even having to blend it for more than a few seconds. It evens out the skin and covers any veins that might be showing, but it's also just so so so light. I can't wrap my head around the formula, you have to try it to believe it. I really hope more colors are coming, because I'm obsessed with this.
