I'm 53. I've been wearing mascara regularly since I was 15. I've tried countless mascaras at all different price points over the years, and after using Lisa's for months now, I realize that I've finally found the perfect one!

It's made of a gentle formula that doesn't cause irritation, nor does it dry out my lashes, or leave them feeling stiff. Despite my lashes being sparse and thin, Kitten Lash leaves them looking soft, fluttery, and full, without heaviness, flaking, or clumping, even with multiple coats. It's also water resistant, so it doesn't smudge under my eyes, yet it's easy to remove with water and cleanser. It wears beautifully for hours and hours.

Bottom line, Kitten Lash is everything that makes the perfect mascara! I love it, and I'll never use another.

I'm already in love with Kitten Lash mascara in black. However, I was reluctant to try this, only because my lashes are very dark, and typically, only black mascara shows up on me. However, after experimenting with some different LE eyeshadow shades, I decided to give Burnt Umber a try, in order to give my lashes definition without overshadowing both my eye color, and certain eyeshadow shades. It does exactly that, and looks so beautiful! If you're looking for an alternative to your Kitten Lash in Black, don't hesitate to give Burnt Umber a try!

SHE SHOOTS, SHE SCORES! Since I began wearing mascara in high school I‘ve had to accept it would make my eyes burn since no brand has ever felt comfortable. Chanel’s was the only one that didn’t outright burn, but it offset and smeared so I had to constantly check for raccoon eyes.

In recent years, other brands, including waterproof formulas, have started smearing in the corners or in the under eye area. It’s like they’ve made them unusable unless you also buy their lash prep products. I’d stopped wearing mascara it had gotten so bad, which made doing my makeup disappointing—almost no look is finished till the mascara goes on!

Lisa always puts so much thought into her products that I had renewed hope for a reliable and non-smeary mascara when it was released. What I wasn’t expecting was the formula wouldn’t burn my eyes! Everyone loves saying “non-irritating formula” or “safe for sensitive eyes”, but it’s never been true for me. This mascara barely ever migrates or transfers, is easy to trust, so is low maintenance, DOES NOT burn my eyes, and I don’t lose lashes when I forget to wash it off before bed because the formula is never, ever brittle. I’m back to being in love with doing my eye makeup. Seriously. Not exaggerating.
