I like the satin effect of this shade, I wouldn't really call it sparkle. Tomato red is a good descriprion, it is more Orange than Palazzo for example, a bit too warm for me. I would have loved the shimmer in a cool-toned red, like ribbon, or at least neutral, like Palazzo

I was looking for an "everyday lipstick" and this formula provides just that: a lipstick that has good pigmentation (yet not as strong as the "true velvet") and yet is very comfortable to wear the whole day. The color range has certainly something for everyone, I was looking for a "almost nude" shade, and was doubing between the colors "Lisa" and "Ashes of Roses". I went for Ashes of Roses and although I do like the color, it looks a bit darker than I was expecting. Will be trying the shade "Lisa" in the next opportunity.
The packaging is very glamourous and looks fabulous, but I have the impression you need to be very careful closing it, making sure you really closed it properly. Quite a different feel if you compare with the True Velvet packaging, which has magnets.
So for me the lipstick deserves 5 stars, but the packaging only 4.

I really love this lipstick, all the shades are great, but none like Audrey. I put it always followed by the lip pencil in shade Rain and think the combination is just insane.

This is my first time trying Lisa's Rouge Experience line (I had previously used and loved the Luxuriously Lucent Lip Colour range for its incredibly moisturizing formula). I have an light medium Asian skin tone with olive undertone and most shades of baby pink just do not work for me, but this shade actually looks nice. I have been wearing it as an every day colour for about 2 weeks now. Formula wise, the colour payoff is stronger than the Luxuriously Lucent Lip Colour but also noticeably less moisturizing. Have ordered 2 more shades and had to stop myself from ordering more.
