HOW TO USE

Liquid Silk is richly pigmented, so Lisa recommends starting with one swipe or two dots of the matte liquid eyeshadow, applied with the sponge-tip applicator.
Blend immediately with fingers or a brush for an even wash of colour.
For more intensity, add another layer of the lid-smoothing formula. It builds up beautifully with no creasing and no crepey finish.

Lisa’s tip: It’s best not to apply Liquid Silk on top of rich moisturisers or eye creams, as this may compromise the smoothing and staying power of the liquid formula.

Yes, Liquid Silk is water-resistant. It’s one of the reasons Lisa recommends using an oil-based cleanser to take it off, like her luxuriously balmy, oil-to-milk Skin Enhancing Treatment Balm Cleanser.  

Liquid Silk is perfect for oily eyelids. The formula is lid-smoothing and long-lasting, and once it sets, it stays exactly where you want it. Apply it to clean, dry eyelids to enjoy its full lasting power. 

Use the No. 7 Patchwork Face & Eye Brush for a flat tool that lays down an even veil of colour on the lids. Or try the No. 8 Define & Blend Eye Brush. Its short, dense bristles are perfect for buffing and building your Liquid Silk shade around the socket and lash lines.

    If I could only keep one shade...

    I own quite a few shades from the Liquid Silk Eyeshadow range, but Silvia is the one I keep reaching for.

    I'm shade T6 in the Seamless Skin Enhancing Tint, and on me Silvia is basically my natural eyelid colour just prettier. It evens everything out, gives the most beautiful satin finish and makes me look more awake without looking like I'm wearing eyeshadow. I usually blend it out with my ring finger and softly set the edges with a matte taupe shadow. Mostly because I like the look, but I also feel it helps it last even longer. Honestly though, the formula is already fantastic. It stays put all day without creasing. If I could only keep one shade, it would be Silvia.

    Absolutely gorgeous product

    I'm in my 60's and I don't wear a lot of makeup but I love how this product glides on and gives even color in such a subtle way that brings my eye color out. Bonus that it helps my eye pencil stay out for longer. I will definitely buy this product again and experiment with some different shades. I also appreciate this retailer showing the product on a mature face.

    Beautiful One and Done

    I got it in Ione, and it’s a gorgeous nuanced color. It’s not uber pigmented, but pigmented enough for needing to use a light hand. It allows some reasonable play time before it sets, which I also liked. But my absolute favorite thing about this formula is the way it makes my eyelids look. So smooth and youthful. It doesn’t cling to fine lines, but rather glides over them and reflects light in a satin finish. Stunning. I’m getting more colors very soon.
