HOW TO USE

Liquid Silk is richly pigmented, so Lisa recommends starting with one swipe or two dots of the matte liquid eyeshadow, applied with the sponge-tip applicator.
Blend immediately with fingers or a brush for an even wash of colour.
For more intensity, add another layer of the lid-smoothing formula. It builds up beautifully with no creasing and no crepey finish.

Lisa’s tip: It’s best not to apply Liquid Silk on top of rich moisturisers or eye creams, as this may compromise the smoothing and staying power of the liquid formula.

Yes, Liquid Silk is water-resistant. It’s one of the reasons Lisa recommends using an oil-based cleanser to take it off, like her luxuriously balmy, oil-to-milk Skin Enhancing Treatment Balm Cleanser.  

Liquid Silk is perfect for oily eyelids. The formula is lid-smoothing and long-lasting, and once it sets, it stays exactly where you want it. Apply it to clean, dry eyelids to enjoy its full lasting power.

    Paige took a bit of getting used to but is now a staple!

    I have reasonably pale neutral skin (skin tint T3) so I’m quite pale! Applied with a couple of dots directly on my eyelid as I frequently do with the other Liquid Silks, Paige came across rather dull and chalky looking and very much not natural. I have learned to apply a single dot to one ring fingertip, then press the other ring fingertip into it, and then pat those across my eyelids. This way I get a blurred wash that’s just the right amount to cancel the redness of my thin eyelids without any chalkiness or added color. Worn this way, Paige is very useful for waking my face up without being made up! I’m wearing Paige right now with a coat of Strawberry Shock on my lips for a very clean looking strong lip day. I think this is my most commonly worn look nowadays because it’s so easy and quick to change if desired. For that reason, Paige will be a new workhorse for me.

    Another marvelous shade!

    I bought this shade after having used up the Phoebe liquid eyeshadow, and it is even better for my skin tone (light with pink blue/pink undertones)! As always, immaculate texture, coverage, packaging and seamless overall experience!

    Fantastic formula nice taupe light beige brown shade

    As described these liquid silk shadows are the dream in formulation. They are so easy to apply with finger or brush which I prefer and can be a one and done or as a base. Blends out easily.and have this ability to smooth out any creases or cover discoloration on the eye. This new shade Silvia is a taupe mushroom that leans a bit lighter than I expected but looks pretty alone or great for a neutral base for other eyeshadows.

    Easy to use make up staple

    Pale pinky beige liquid eyeshadow that's very easy to apply and blend with a finger or brush. Minimal creasing, even on very hot and humid days. Looks very natural and covers up discolouration and veins to give a clean look. Makes a very good base for other products or can be left on its own. I'd love to see some neutral 'base' colours for us olive toned people.
