WHY LISA CREATED IT

“I wanted to achieve with makeup what painters achieve with the ‘Velatura Technique’ – also known as ‘Veil of Colour’ or ‘Glazing’. The technique involved applying a semi-translucent wash of paint, which allowed for translucency, so the under layers of paint showed through, resulting in realistic colour shift, luminosity and added dimension.”

HOW TO USE

Swipe directly onto lips and blend onto cheeks with fingertips for a soft, buildable veil of colour.

For an effortless, low-maintenance monochrome look, tap a little onto the brow bone.

Wear alone for a fresh, dewy colour, or pair with Enhancing Tint for a perfected, skin-like base with a natural flush of sheeny colour.

Make sure to close your Velatura securely (push the cap firmly down until you hear the click) to keep your formula fresh!

    Bright and fresh

    Velatura balms are truly balmy, lightweight but very hydrating at the same time. This color is a fresh splash of bright pink, very pretty.

    obsessed with this product

    Bought Rose Madder and Hellabore Heaven and had to get this one too.. Each of them are unique in terms of shade but look great on my cool tone skin. So happy! And I cannot believe how long it lasts.. practically all day.

    Velatura Balm - Meeting the Ex

    That’s a strange name for a balm, but interesting nonetheless.

    A very soft pink shade, very soft and dewy. Not my favorite. These do feel amazing on the lips.
