Before I started using lip pencils, I would think twice before applying a bold color, as it was hard for me to have the correct definition around the edges of my lips by applying directly from the bullet or using a lip brush. Those lip pencils are very smooth and at the same time precise, and are great tools for lipsticks with bold colors. Although using a lip brush does help the application with these pencils is much more precise an also faster. Not to mention that they add to the durability of the lipstick. I highly recommend. I have purchased one lip pencil for each bold color I have.

I sometimes use this lip pencil to do a full lip as well. And it lasts beautifully! It is a really nice shade of red, giving a wonderful glow. You will definitely stand out!
