Application
Apply Liquid Lurex directly to the eyelids with the applicator and blend out immediately with fingertips or a brush for a sparkling wash of colour. For more intense coverage apply a second layer for seamless full coverage disco drama. Liquid Lurex can also be used as an eyeliner either using a small liner brush or blended as a smoky line along the upper and lower lash line for a subtle flash of shimmering colour.
Once set the shadow dries to a completely smudge proof finish and will not move. Most skin types will not need to use primer underneath however, if you have very oily eyelids you can use your usual eye primer underneath as it will not affect the look or finish. When the party’s over, I would recommend using an oil-based makeup remover for easy removal. Screw cap on firmly after use, to prevent the product from drying out.

This is my third liquid shadow purchase from Lisa, 2 are the Lurex and 1 is a Matte. I LOVE this color! I have worn Rosalie as an all over lid shadow; applied in the center of my eye over a powder or smudged eyeliner (my current favorite look); or in the inner corner of my eye. There is a little learning curve with the application, but I find using a synthetic flat brush works really well. Or using my finger to apply a little to the center of my eye. I would definitely recommend these shadows and can't wait to increase my collection!

Lisa's liquid lurex eyeshadows are like none other! I guess the closest would be to Armani, but the staying power of these is so much better! It takes a little time getting used to the formula and how to apply. I find that using a synthetic brush the same shape as my finger, works great . . . the product smooths and not too much goes into the brush. I like this color, Selene, for all over the lid or using a small brush to apply like an eye liner. Fantastic!

This is my third liquid lurex eyeshadow (alongside Bianca and Zora) and it is probably my favourite shade. It's a silver with a tint of aquamarine. What I find so stunning about this shade (as with many other shades from Lisa) is that it is extremely sophisticated and unique while being wearable. These eyeshadows are easy to stratify so you can either go in with a light wash of colour, or intensify the look with multiple layers. The eyeshadow is weightless on the lids and does not accentuate any lines. They also do not crease. Great product.
