Oddly, this tone in the Velveteen formula is a richer, deeper version of the True Velvet in Blush. I love both of them, and while I give it an objective five stars, I will be giving my tube to my younger niece. I don't feel like this formula works for me personally. I do love the color, the staying power, and the formula, however. It's just too drying for me.

I have gone down the Lisa Eldridge rabbit hole. this color is lovely to wear on its own and also over a lippie you wear. The quality of these products is amazing.

I'm so glad I ordered this. I love liquid lip formulations because they feel like concealer for your lips and I love that. This formula is soft and comfortable to wear, it does not dry your lips out. It pulls more peach than nude on my lips, but I don't mind it.

I had always thought that Muse might be too dark and too brown for my complexion and liking however I took a chance to buy it because I had written into the support team for ideas on lipstick colors that would suit me since I hadn't found one I LOVED even though all of the Lisa Eldridge lip products I have purchased have been pretty. This was one of the shades they recommended for me. I was interested in trying it in the velveteen because in the past I had a YSL matte liquid I used to like. I received velveteen Muse when I was with a friend and my Mom and when I applied it in front of them they were so impressed with how it worked so well with my coloring. It makes my eyes pop and sits so well with my complexion. I love it and I'm so glad I trusted Lisa's team's suggestions!!!
