New Launch Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

The competition is run by Lisa Eldridge Beauty Ltd ("we", "us", "the Promoter"), via the Instagram account @lisaeldridgemakeup (the "Channel").

Promotion Summary
This is a free-to-enter prize competition. There is no obligation to purchase any product or service to enter or to win.
The Competition asks entrants to guess the identity of our newest upcoming product before it is officially revealed.
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) unit of the new product (the "Prize"). 

How to Enter
4. The Competition closes at 11:59pm BST on 4th August 2026 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period: (a) follow @lisaeldridgemakeup on Instagram; (b) like the Competition post; and (c) comment on the Competition post with their guess for the identity of the new product.
6. One entry per person. Multiple guesses from the same account will only count the first comment; subsequent guesses from that account will be disregarded.
7. Entries must be submitted via a genuine, personal Instagram account. Entries via fake, bot, or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.
8. No purchase is necessary and no payment of any kind is required to enter.

Eligibility
9. The Competition is open to all aged 18 or over only, except employees (and their immediate families) of Lisa Eldridge Beauty Ltd, its agencies, and any party connected with the Competition.
10. By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria above.
11. Entrants must have a public Instagram profile, or be able to receive a direct message from @lisaeldridgemakeup, so that we can contact winners.

Winner Selection
12. Winners will be five (5) eligible entrants chosen from those who submit the correct guess before the Closing Date.
13. If fewer than five correct guesses are received, remaining Prizes will be awarded by random draw from all eligible entries received, at our sole discretion.
14. If more entrants than needed submit the correct answer, winners will be selected from that group by random draw.
15. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification
16. Winners will be notified via DM on Instagram within 2 days of the Closing Date.
17. Winners must respond with their delivery details within 5 working days of being notified. If a winner does not respond within this time, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the process set out in Clause 4.
18. Winners' Instagram usernames may be announced on the Channel unless the winner requests otherwise.

The Prize
19. The Prize is one (1) unit of Lisa's newest upcoming product per winner, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, with no cash alternative.
20. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
21. Prizes will be shipped within 1 week of the winner providing delivery details. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit once dispatched, save as required by law.

Entrants' Content and Data
22. By entering, entrants grant us permission to screenshot, reproduce, and share their competition entry (including their Instagram username and comment) on our social media channels for the purpose of announcing winners and promoting the Competition.
23. Personal data collected (such as Instagram username and, from winners, delivery details) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and delivering the Prize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will not be retained for longer than necessary.

Platform Disclaimer
24. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide information to Lisa Eldridge Beauty Ltd and not to Instagram or Meta.
25. Any questions, comments, or complaints about the Competition must be directed to us, not to Instagram or Meta.

General
26. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant, or to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition, at any stage if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms, fraud, or any other conduct that undermines the fair running of the Competition.
27. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
28. This Competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
29. The Promoter is Lisa Eldridge Beauty Ltd.
