I have no complaints about the product itself, but the packaging is another story.
It is worth noting, however, that other brands also have similar packaging flaws with these glossy, balm-like lipsticks—specifically, the absence of an extra layer (usually plastic) between the tube and the lipstick bullet. I own two other Lisa Eldridge lipsticks, and they do have this extra layer; in the case of "Rouge Experience," it is even made of metal.
With these soft lipsticks, the lack of such a layer causes the bullet to come into contact with the outer casing and smear against it. That really bothers me. As I said, Dior and Chanel make this same mistake, too.
Nevertheless, this issue is what stops me from buying another shade.
