I really enjoy a liquid lipstick for its staying power and color saturation. Velveteen Liquid Lip Color delivers all of this without feeling dry or too matte. The formulation is soft and pillowy. It blends out evenly using a lip brush or your finger for a diffused, soft look. The color payoff is there on more 'high glam" makeup days as well.

I have pretty pale skin (neutral, cold undertones), and I was afraid it would be too bronzy, but it works really well. Neutral, but elevated and elegant.
