A tint is straight up cold fushia but the total build up is a bold dark lip in a smokey bar.

I love love love this formula. You can wear it sheer or intense, it's very confortable on the lips, lasts for hours and is very flattering. It doesn't bleed into your fine lines and it doesn't make your lips feel dry. Plus the color...gorgeous.

This is my first Velveteen and I have to wonder what took me so long? The formula is fantastic, easy to use and you can wear it full on or just as a stain. Love! Another Lisa gem.
