I knew I was going to love this and it still exceeded my expectations. A beautiful nuanced browny plum color. Up close it has lots of sparkle but when you put it on, the sparkle is small enough that it doesn't stand out too much and looks very sophisticated, which is what I like. 1-2 dips turns out to be sheer and subtle. My favorite way to wear this is with Sculpt and Shade Lip Pencil in 0N with 3-4 dips for a more built up look. This is the first Gloss Embrace I've owned and I really like it, it's not too sticky and feels nourishing on the lips. I wish this color was a permanent installment as it's such a perfect shade against light olive skin.

It was the last one to be bought because I was not sure if it would look good on me (or too flashy) as it turned out it is perfection in contrast with my olive fair skin, its cool tone is very very flattering and immensly nourishing on the lips! all colors are amazing (ended up buying them all)!

the color is amazing. Just one layer and I can see the shift in color. I like that is sheer, so I can pair it with any lip liner. Formula is not too thick or sticky.
